- Caring the Church – the Headquarters Church “Christian Worship Centre” at Srikakulam has about 400 members mostly converted from Hindu religion. This is the largest membership church in the Srikakulam District of Andhra Pradesh.
- Establishing several associate churches in different parts of Srikakulam District.
- Reaching unreached villages as team presenting the gospel of Jesus Christ through singing, testimonies, skits, and preaching the Word of God.
- Running one Primary & one Secondary School providing free education to 500 children.
- Supporting 15 Native Missionaries.
- Conducting Gospel Campaigns & Crusades.
- Organizing Seminars for Pastors and Leaders.
- Conducting Free Medical Camps and providing medical assistance, surgeries and needed medicines free of cost to the poor.
- Helping the poor & needy.
- Feeding the Hungry as and when possible.
- Supporting few widows with monthly pension.
- Distributing clothes to the poor, widows, lepers, aged and etc,.
- Affording rest & relief to the victims during natural calamities like Famine, Fire Accident, Cyclone, Flood and etc,.
- Church construction project - Constructing the main church building at Srikakulam, which can accommodate nearly 1,000 people, as the 40 years old church building was collapsed.
- Construction of village churches.
